General Information

- Wholesale discounts may not be combined with any other special offers.
- Shipping & Handling charges are additional on all orders. In the U.S., orders will be shipped by the most reasonable carrier unless otherwise specified.
New Accounts/Terms
- All new account orders are C.O.D. or prepaid by check or money order or unless previous arrangements are made.
- When and if terms are extended to selected accounts, terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Shipments may be withheld on accounts not in good standing.
Libraries
- We offer a 25% discount to all libraries.
- We also work closely with Friends of the Libraries who wish to use the cookbooks for fundraising.
Prices
Prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be invoiced at the current price at the time the order is placed.
Returns
- Books must be returned in resaleable condition.
- Authorization to return books is required for wholesalers and retailers.
- If correct invoice numbers are not provided, credit is issued at customers average discount on title.
- Books may not be returned in fewer than four months nor more than twelve months from date of invoice.
- Customers may not deduct returns from current outstanding bills prior to a credit memo being issued.
- A credit memo will be issued upon return of items. No cash refunds.
Damaged Books/Books Shipped in Error
- For damaged books or books shipped in error, please call customer service within 15 days of product receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and to arrange for return shipment on books shipped in error. For books damaged during shipping, the customer will need to apply to carrier for damages.
- Only books authorized for return will receive credit from BBP. Books shipped in error returned without an RMA will not be given credit, nor will books be returned to the customer.
